Why should I have a website?
If you currently use social media, and it works for you, then why would you spend money on a website? Well, there are a few reasons. First of all, social media is ‘borrowed real estate’. What if your account is closed down or blocked suddenly? We’ve seen it happen. A website is yours, and yours alone – you’re in full control. It’s your branding; you can redirect people, create and grow a mailing list, there is no competition or advertisements, you can add automations, capture customer data, and streamline your processes. Your website is the very first impression customers have of you. Do you want your business to look professional, or DIY? Outsourcing your web design is not just to save you time – it’s to make you look even more professional, and it will show you’re serious about your work.

We provide a premium web design service as we use HTML coding and CSS styling – we don’t just use drag and drop templates like some other companies.
We do our best to make this process as hands-off as possible for you so you can concentrate on providing great service to your new and existing clients. We will be asking for your insight and feedback throughout the process, and initially we’ll require any photos, videos, staff bios, log-ins to existing sites and any specific ideas you may have. Most importantly, we will also be requiring the content for your website; however, we do have a copywriter who can support you if writing isn’t your wheelhouse (we get it, writing sucks).
Our goal is to provide an exceptional and personalised service. Since our goal is to provide you with the best results, we avoid generic pricing. This means we will be asking you questions about your business and your goals to make sure we are the best fit for you and to provide you with an appropriate price. Don’t worry, though, quoting is quick! A 50% deposit is required to activate your project. Final payment is due once you are happy with the design and your website is about to go live.
We will discuss this during our initial chat, but roughly 4-6 weeks, depending on the size of your project – we’ll ensure that it receives the attention it deserves.
How can I get started?
The better we understand your goals and what you’re trying to achieve, the better we will be able to help you reach those goals. Give us a call or send us a message, and we can help you determine a winning strategy for your business.

1. Consultation and proposal phase: After our initial consultation, we send you a detailed questionnaire to complete. Upon completion, we will design a unique proposal for you to review.

2. Development: Once we have received all your content, we will begin developing your custom website. We will keep you regularly updated on the progress.

3. Launch: When testing is complete, and you are happy with the look of everything, we will launch your website and handover full control to you. Kudos! You have the most incredible website around.

4. Maintain: If you are receiving a maintenance package, we will keep your website up and running so you don’t need to think about it each month.

Worry not, maintenance contracts are also available if required. An outdated website is not appealing to potential customers, so we’ll make sure it’s always up-to-date and looking fresh.
