Trauma Informed Teachers Australia (TITA) is grounded in a powerful belief: that the smallest moments in a classroom can have the greatest impact on a child’s life. Built on lived experience and trauma-informed understanding, TITA supports educators to look beyond behaviour and see the child underneath—recognising that safety, connection, and consistency are the foundations for learning and wellbeing. Through this work, TITA helps teachers understand just how deeply their everyday interactions shape a child’s sense of belonging, resilience, and self-worth.
The focus of this project was to design a logo that captures the heart of Trauma Informed Teachers Australia—where small, everyday moments create lasting impact. The direction centred on balancing professionalism with warmth, avoiding anything overly clinical while still feeling grounded and credible for educators.
The visual identity draws on calming, trustworthy tones (including navy) paired with simple, meaningful design elements to reflect safety, connection, and consistency. The concept of “Little Moments, Lasting Impact” sits at the core, influencing both the style and symbolism of the logo.
The final result is a brand mark that feels considered, human, and quietly powerful—something that resonates with educators and reflects the depth of their role, without shouting over it. A subtle signal in the sea of noise… but one that truly sticks
