• Clear CTA (call to action) on each page.
• Adding contact forms and different ways clients could contact Lauren. This helps add credibility to Lauren’s business and meets the clients where they are and how they like to communicate.
• Having a home page that clearly guides visitors to read more about Lauren’s services.
• A well-guided About page that showcases Lauren’s personality and experience.
