Bridge to Best is a team of mobile occupational therapists and therapy assistants who come to your home. They work with ageing parents, retirees, and people living with brain injuries or neurological conditions — and the families who love and support them. Founded and led by Danielle Skelton and servicing Brisbane, the team assesses what’s actually needed, sets out a clear plan, and stays involved through home modifications, equipment and recovery.
Most people don’t go looking for an occupational therapist until something has already gone wrong — a fall, a hospital discharge, a parent who can’t manage the bathroom any more. They arrive worried, often on someone else’s behalf, and they need to work out very quickly whether this is the right kind of help and what it will cost. The brief was a site that answers those questions calmly and gets them to a conversation.
