The business

Black & White Estate Agents is a boutique estate agent servicing the Gold Coast. They provide both sales and rental services, and with over 70 years of experience, they know that the real estate market is a life force of its own!

The project

Michael and Paul wanted to update their website to reflect their modern and professional approach.  

Key Website Requirements included:

  • CRM integration – Property Listings: Integration of dynamic property search and filters for buying, selling, and renting.
  • Client Services: Highlighting tailored services such as free appraisals, leasing, and property management.
  • Blog & Market Updates: A platform for real estate insights and local market news.
  • Testimonials & Reviews: Showcasing client experiences.
  • Contact Forms: For inquiries and free consultations.
  • SEO & Local Focus: Optimised for location-specific keywords.

After launching the new website, we compared the first 60 days to the last 60 days (with their old website). It was pleasing to see an increase in users, and more importantly active users! This shows that the strategically designed website had improved the user journey and experience. 

The analytics dashboard for Black & White Estate Agents displays impressive growth metrics: Active users at 915, up 325.6%; Event count at 10K, up 54.5%; New users at 891, up 336.8%.
