Aus Luxury is a new start up business catering for luxury travel experiences. They aim to provide bespoke services and unforgettable experiences available throughout Australia.

The project

Aus Luxury was in the start-up phase, so the aim of their social media was to build a following and create engagement until they were ready for sales. 

Key Requirements Included:

  • Positioning Aus Luxury as the premier provider of luxury travel experiences and concierges in Australia, offering personalised, high-end accommodations and services that cater to the needs of high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and VIPs.

  • Standing out in a crowded market and effectively communicate the unique value of Aus Luxury.

  • Engage with potential and existing clients.

  • Create credibility for the Aus Luxury brand.

Results

In the first month of managing Aus Luxury account, where we started with 7 followers, we were able to gain the following results:

Analytics dashboard showing social media statistics: 980 plays, 21 likes, 4 comments, 7 shares, and no saves. Overview section notes 860 accounts reached, 29 interactions, and no profile activity. Reach section shows 98% non-followers, 2% followers.
